August launch for The Village
Opening on August 15, One to One Hotel – The Village will be the latest
hotel offering in the heart of Abu Dhabi. Located just off Al Salam Street,

Rotana establishes its KSA presence
Rotana, one of the Middle East’s largest hospitality management company, has
established its presence in Saudi Arabia following an agreement signed
recently between Rotana and SHUAA Capital Saudi Arabia for 17 properties
along with, the soon to open, Al Marwa Rayhaan in Makkah in alliance with
Jiwar Real Estate Management & Marketing Company. The outbound business from
Saudi Arabia represents over six million travellers with 80 per cent of them
travelling to the Middle East.
Address unveils first property

Crowne Plaza to enter Dubai
InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) announced the signing of an agreement
with the
Mohammad Omar Bin Haider Group (MOBH),
to develop a Crowne Plaza hotel in the International Media Production
Zone, Dubai. The signing of Crowne Plaza Dubai – International Media
Production Zone (IMPZ) took place at MOBH’s head office in Dubai. The event
involved key business leaders Omar Mohammad Bin Haider and CEO Middle East and Africa, IHG, John Bamsey, and signified the third
development agreement between the two companies.
