Australian Visa to Saudi Citizens
streamlined
The Australian Government has streamlined the visa application process for
Saudi Citizens wanting to travel to Australia for their vacation.
Effective immediately, Saudi nationals will no longer need to send their
passports to Dubai and are eligible for electronic label-free visas.
Clients still have to complete the 48R visit visa form and take it to their
nearest VFS/Aramex office along with their passport; the VFS staff member
will scan the passport and send all the completed documents to the
Australian Consulate-General in Dubai where the visa will be processed.
Clients will now be able to retain their passport while the visa application
is in process. For information on how to apply for a tourist visa, please
see www.vfs.ae. The visa is valid for two years multiple entry and
label free.
